The Images We Need

For "A Taste of Chaucer", we will choose one image for each Tale, plus a drawing for the prologue and the cover (eleven in all).

Below is a list of tales we need images for. If you're not sure what the tale is about, then click on the link which will take you to the Cliffsnotes summary.

The "+" sign after the tales are an indication of how many submissions we've had for that tale, but don't be put off from submitting a drawing for that tale just because someone has already submitted one. We are hoping to include a variety of ages and styles, so submit for as many tales as you like, as often as you like.

* For the prologue, we need a general picture of the scene. It could be of the pilgrims, the Tabard Inn, etc.

**The Cover is the most prestigious slot. You will be credited on the book's title page, and your picture will be seen everywhere the book is sold. We want a cover that captures the essence of the Canterbury Tales. See the Terms and Conditions for more information about submitting a cover image.
